Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We will only offer a refund if the garment is deemed faulty beyond repair. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase and send or return your faulty item to Del Rainbow Store for further inspection.
We accept exchanges for full-priced items purchased in-store within 7 days of receipt of goods. We do not offer exchanges on any sale or discounted items, including any promotional discounts. Please note that for an exchange to be processed, it must be refunded to the original payment method and then we must process the new item(s) for the same value or more.
We offer refunds on full-priced items purchased online within 7 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be in original condition and include original packaging. For a refund or exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason for your return. Once processed, the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding shipping costs associated with the order. Once your refund has been processed, depending on your payment method, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.
